The goal of CSE (Cybersecurity) is to meet the growing need for qualified security specialists in the fields of data security and network/cloud security in both the public and private sectors.
The curriculum includes both cybersecurity-specific courses and foundational computer science areas. The curriculum has a strong emphasis on equipping students with the information and abilities needed to protect computers, identify and evaluate threats and assaults, react to attacks, and create security policies, procedures, and standards.
Basic sciences, mathematical foundations, cybersecurity, cryptography and network security, secure programming, and ethical hacking are all well-prepared for in the four-year undergraduate program.
